Returns/Exchanges
Before returning any items you must call 1-813-785-3177 (9am-5pm EST)
Monday through Friday and obtain a return authorization number.
Items sent back without a return authorization number will be
refused.
We will accept returns for exchange or give you a store
credit conditions:
- Embroidered items are not returnable (tee-shirts and bags)
- Items must be in re-saleable condition and unused

- Items must be received by us within 15 days of the shipping date on your
invoice.
- Return shipping must be prepaid, we do not accept returns shipped COD.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Shipping will be charged on all exchanges.
- You must include a copy of your original invoice.
- All returned items must be returned in their original boxes
and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping.
- No returns will be accepted after 21 days from the date of
invoice.
- All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking and
handling fee charge plus freight both ways.
- All returned items are subject to inspection for use and
damage before credit is issued.
