Returns/Exchanges

Before returning any items you must call 1-813-785-3177 (9am-5pm EST) between Monday and Friday and obtain a return authorization number. Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused.

We will accept returns for exchange or give you store credit under the following conditions:

• Items must be in re-saleable condition and unused!
• Return shipping must be prepaid, we do not accept returns or exchanges shipped COD.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• You must include a copy of your original invoice.
• All returned items must be returned in their original boxes and properly packaged.
• No returns will be accepted after 21 days from the date of invoice.
• All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee.
• All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued.

Exceptions

• Items that have been personalized with embroidery or custom fitting are not returnable.
