
All of our costumes are custom tailored to our customers' measurements. Therefore, print the measurement / size chart as a guide and complete the order form.
All payments must be made by Master Card, or Visa. A minimum of 50% is required at the time your order is placed. The balance will be charged on shipment day.
Since your costume is custom made, please allow 4 - 8 weeks for delivery. No design changes, order changes or cancellations will be permitted once your order and payment has been received. All custom orders are final because they are one of a kind. Costumes are not returnable and cancellations forfeit your payment. Shipping and handling charges are additional.
Custom orders are tutus and embroidery items. Other non-embroidered items may be returned with a 25% re-stocking fee. All artwork for embroidered logos, should be sent as a .jpg file to this link.
All tutus will fit, if you return the correct measurements and/or a muslin mock to assure an exact fit. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR MEASUREMENTS OR FABRIC ALLERGIES! All costumes come with care directions and the classical tutus come lightly
tacked. Elastic, hooks and eyes are included for your final fitting.
